Mark is polite and professional. I never used him before and when contacting him it was very pleasant to organise for him to come round and give me a quote. He sent his quote professionally via email on a letter-headed quote letter. When I agreed to use him to do the job he came round quickly and did an excellent job and gave a great finish. We contacted Mark Fowler at short notice, he was very quick to visit our offices and received a quote within 24 hours. The following week our office ceiling was plastered and painted, he also arranged an electrician to fit the new lighting. The work that Mark did was to a very high standard and he was professional at all times. We would highly recommend him.
